All purchased Items must be picked up within one (1) week of purchase. All purchases will be shipped if not picked up within this time frame, and shipping charges will NOT be reversed.

Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged, please contact me right away via text or email, and include pictures
of packaging & item.
Each figure has been inspected for any damage before listing, however other manufacturing imperfections, such as small defects/scuffs may be noted, but will not in any way impair pen functionality.
All pens are checked again prior to shipping to ensure proper working order.

Replacing Ink Refills
1. Rotate to the left to remove the cap
2. Remove old ink & spring
3. Remove tiny red stopper on ink end of refill
4. Install the new refill into the spring & replace back into pen
5. Rotate to the right to tighten the cap
